Private Pilates sessions are available by appointment Monday to Friday, from 7am to 4pm at our studio located in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY.
LAB Pilates only offers private sessions because the focus is on you and your goals. Private instruction ensures you will learn proper technique and execution on your path to improved health and wellness.

Pilates is a comprehensive system of resistance training that conditions the entire body. Exercises are performed on a variety of specialized spring-based apparatus, as well as the mat. Pilates strengthens the core (i.e. abdomen, buttocks, back, and inner thighs) and stretches the whole body.

Comfortable athletic clothing, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. Socks are highly recommended. A grip-style bottom is preferable.

Consistent weekly Pilates training is the ideal. It allows your body and mind to become more familiar with the exercises, and it deepens your understanding of the Method. Weekly sessions also build strength and stamina. When too much time passes between sessions, it is more difficult to pick up where you left off and ultimately slows progress.
Because consistency is key to progress and measurable results, we recommend weekly sessions— whether that be once or twice a week.

24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of a session. You will be charged in full for any session not cancelled or rescheduled with greater than 24 hours notice.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests are accepted via our online booking system, email and voicemail. We do not accept cancellations/rescheduling requests via text.
The cancellation/rescheduling policy applies to all clients. We are unable to extend exceptions.
